Collectie Curaçao Memories
Het beeld van een baai tussen twee hoge ruwe rotswanden met daarbovenop kleurige huisjes inspireert mij tot deze collectie. Het is een metafoor voor Curaçao: enerzijds een rauwe, dorre natuur met anderzijds een sprankelende cultuur van al die verschillende eilandbewoners.

The image of a bay between two high rough escarpments with on top of it colorful houses inspires me. It is a metaphor for Curaçao: On the one hand a raw, arid nature with (on the other hand) a sparkling culture of all the different islanders.
